Our Roots in Real-World Experience

Kevin began his career at Picerne Real Estate Group which is recognized as a “Top Ten Multi Family Home Developer”, rising to Northeast Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.  After relocating back to New York, he transitioned to a career in technology recruitment solutions focusing on interim consultants and retained executive search. He developed and fine-tuned his craft with top recruitment, global organizations, most notably Robert Half International and Randstad Digital.  Most recently, Kevin spearheaded the Technology & Infrastructure practice for a UK-based consulting firm, successfully driving its expansion into the North American market.

With over thirteen years of technical recruitment leadership, he is excited and humbled to begin his next journey of opening his own firm – Elevate2.
